Thank you for signing up for our WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca 103dB event on 11/14 and/or 11/15 (Sat-Sun). Please read this email carefully to ensure the event runs smoothly and you do not miss any of your track time.

The logistics and schedule will be released and emailed 3-5 days before your registered event. Check-in typically begins at 7:00 am and ends at 8:00 am.
A tow hook is required and installed before your session. It is your responsibility, and we will not be responsible for any damage to your car during towing.
Car numbers are required on both sides of the vehicle. See below.

Tire Service (on-site): Premier Mobile Tire & oil at wadevetter@premiermobiletire.com or call 916-337-1845 for arrangements. Our mobile tire service is a great option if you need new tires installed at the track. They can bring the tires to your event, perform the mount and balance, and even recycle your old tires for you. Alternatively, you can have your tires shipped directly to them, and they will install them.
Photo Service: Trevor Ryan will be covering our event and taking photos of every driver during the morning sessions if you want to set up an appointment for rolling shots on track at lunch, you can reach out to his new website purposebuilt.media

Cancelation Policy:

** $30 cancelation fee will be deducted from the refunded event fee if cancelation is 14 days or more prior to the event start date.

No refund or credit will be issued if you cancel within 14 days of the event.

Payment cannot be transferred to previous or upcoming events. However, the event fee may be transferred to another driver as long as the paid driver notifies us 24 hours prior to the start of the event.
SpeedSF Track Events reserves the right to cancel an event due to any unforeseen incidents.

What if it rains?

Our Events will go on rain or shine. Driving in wet conditions can greatly improve your driving skills, precision, and grip management. It further enhances your driving ability in dry conditions. Most successful drivers love driving in the rain.

What are the safety equipment?

You must have a helmet that is SA, M, or FIA-rated. SA helmets must be SA2015 or newer, and M helmets must be M2015+. Open-face helmets are accepted (closed cockpit only), but full-face helmets are preferred.
Cotton shirts are mandatory when on track unless announced during the driver's meeting.
We strongly recommend long-sleeve cotton shirts but allow short-sleeved cotton shirts (no tank tops). Closed-toed shoes are required. No sandals are allowed. We recommend long pants but allow short pants. No gloves are required, but we recommend racing gloves.
Aftermarket 4-point racing harnesses are not allowed due to the danger of submarining (slipping under the belt during impact). The only allowed 4-point racing harness is ASM certified harness.

Vehicle numbers are required.

Numbers are required, and you can pick your numbers (Minimum of two digits). The numbers 1 and 7 cannot be repeated, and no single-digit numbers. Numbers must be at least 6” tall and run on each side of the car. Numbers can be made from blue/painter's tape, or vinyl numbers (black or white) can be purchased at registration.

Passengers

Yes, in general, SpeedSF allows passengers for all groups except beginners. Passengers are not permitted to ride with beginners except instructors. Passengers must be 18+. There may be exceptions where the track rules will supersede the SpeedSF passenger policy.

Convertibles

Convertibles with no roll-over protection are prohibited.
Both driver's and passenger's heads with helmets must be below the top of the front windshield and roll bar.
