It is strongly recommended that you make motel reservations as early as possible. Several of the older motels in Lewistown have either closed permanently or for renovations, so rooms are not as easy to come by as they have been in the past. Camping at the track is allowed, though there are no dedicated facilites. If you can't find space at any of the motels, there are several excellent bed and breakfasts in the greater Lewistown area.
