About this event
Join your Porsche Club friends for an August drive up to the cool pines for lunch in a beautiful mountain forest setting. We'll meet at the recently-refurbished Coffee Plantation in Scottsdale, and drive through Fountain Hills and up the Beeline Highway. From Payson we'll climb the Mogollon Rim to our destination outside of Pine, Sip at 5600, for lunch, music, and beautiful views.

"At Sip at 5600, our mission is to serve amazing coffee, delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches made to order, yummy pastries, good selection of local beers and wines (as well as domestic) all while enjoying the most spectacular views in the area. May-September we host live music as well!"
Upon arrival at Sip at 5600, we will pick up our lunch orders then gather outdoors to enjoy the live music and beautiful views. You will select a menu item from the following list --
- Sandwiches
- Turkey on Wheat w/Colby Jack cheese
- Ham on Croissant w/American cheese
- Roast Beef on Ciabatta w/Cheddar cheese
- Pastrami on Rye w/Swiss cheese
- (Your selection may be ordered without cheese)
- Charcuterie Board
You will pay your own check at the restaurant. Enjoy it all while relaxing and taking in the spectacular views of the Mogollon Rim, Pine, and Strawberry Mountain!
Participation is limited because of parking availability at the lodge/restaurant, so don't wait to sign up!
