Women's Drive to Support Pink Parade
Join us for the Inaugural Women's Pink Parade Drive on Saturday, October 19th!
Mark your calendars and register today! Women drivers only for this fund-raiser to support the Cancer Lifeline organization as part of the Breast Cancer Awareness month. Men are welcome as navigators! Yes, we will need group leads and sweeps from PNWR members for the event so please note your preference when signing up, Registration is limited to 50 cars.
Important: ONLY DRIVERS need to register for the Pink Parade Tour! Drivers need to list any passenger(s) on the registration form stating who will ride with them. Tell those wishing to ride along that they need to find someone to ride with and have that person list them as their passenger.
Wear your favorite PINK outfit and feel free to decorate your car.
Our fund-raising goal is $5000. Early donations from friends, family, businesses and others are welcome. Please start donating now.
Registration:
Opens: Sep 15th at Noon for PCA/PNWR members. Non-PCA members (e.g. Avants, other car clubs, etc) will be able to register for the parade drive starting on Sunday, Sep 22nd.
Closes: Oct 11th at midnight at midnight unless the event sells out early--max of 50 cars

Schedule:
Pink Parade starting point is Porsche Seattle North, 18624 Hwy 99, Lynwood, WA 98037 They are sponsoring this event.
Arrive starting at 8:30 AM (sign waivers, social reception, presentations from Cancer Lifeline, coffee carts available, shop the dealership, specialty items available) Fundraiser silent auction items to bid on. Doors open at 9:00 AM.
Driver's meeting at 11:00 AM
First group departs at 11:30 AM, followed by other groups.
11:30 - 1:30 Stops at locations en-route to destination.
2:00 Arrive at Final destination. Black Raven Brewing, 15902 Redmond - Woodinville Rd NE, Woodinville, WA 98072
Breakfast: Porsche Seattle North will have light refreshments and free coffee/tea. There will also be Specialty Expresso coffee carts that will have pastries for sale. Proceeds benefit Cancer Lifeline.
Lunch: pay-as-you-go from two food trucks at Black Raven from 2-5 PM

Event requirements
Tour Requirements:
- Cancelations and refunds: Cancelations must be made before October 11th
- Car club membership: To participate in this tour, you must be a Porsche owner, whether as a member of PCA or another car club, in which case your "other car" must be a Porsche.
- Non-PCA Members on the Tour: Porsche owners who are not PCA members will be able to register using MSR starting on Sep 22nd for this event only.

For Adult participants and attendees: The waiver of liability release form must be signed at the tour start point prior to departing on the tour. Minors have a separate waiver form (Minors as Observers Only) that must be signed by a parent or guardian at the tour start point and be witnessed by the person collecting signatures. Waiver(s) may be viewed in advance on www.pca.org-->Forms and Documents-->Event Management-->Waivers. You must be signed in to the website to access the forms.
- Age and driver's license restrictions: All drivers must be at least 18 years old and in possession of a valid US driver's license at the time of the tour. A driving permit is not acceptable.
- Registering for Passengers: Please make sure to include the names of any passengers riding with you during registration in the space provided. If you are participating with a minor (less than 18 year's old), make sure you include that fact during registration! If you have two cars on the tour, each car and driver should register with a separate Motorsportreg account.
