When was the last time you spent a morning exploring The Duke City? Join the Roadrunner Region PCA on June 1st for a fun-filled day of exploration and picture taking in Albuquerque. Experienced Gimmick Rally club members, Bill & Robin Schritter and Mike Suttle & Paula Sears have designed the structure and rules for this event to maximize our enjoyment!. They will also be facilitating the Rally. The cost is $15 per car. You can join the excitement by registering at motorsportreg.com beginning May 1, 2024.

The Gimmick Rally Photo Scavenger Hunt participants will take off from 13170 Central Ave SE (Tramway & Central on the SW corner near Einstein’s Bagel) at 9:30 AM. However, you need to arrive at 9:00AM, 30 minutes prior to the start time, to allow for our safety briefing, instructions, and last minute details. Please be prompt! If you want to get a bagel breakfast at Einstein’s, come a little earlier.

The Rally will consist of uncovering clues to discover photo opportunities (targets) around the Albuquerque area. Some clues will be easy, while others a bit more challenging. Your goal is to get as many photos of the targets while maximizing the scoring possibilities. For safety reasons, it is highly recommended that you bring a navigator. You know all about texting and driving.

Photos for the rally scoring must be taken on a cell phone & texted to a specified number as they are taken. The scavenger hunt is not timed, but will end promptly at 12:30 PM.

Winners and prizes will be announced around 1:00 PM at Revel Entertainment 4720 Alexander Blvd NE . There are good food opportunities inside Revel, so pick up some quality pizza, burgers, or tacos when you arrive. Lunch and drinks are on your own.
